The agreement between you and MILA Racing when you visit our site or purchase Quasar products. Please read carefully before placing an order.

These terms govern your use of milaracing.com and any purchase of Quasar products.
By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of milaracing.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from MILA Racing (the "Seller"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

3. Products

  • Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge
  • Images are representative; minor variations may occur
  • Quasar® is engineered by Ellea Racing (Turin, Italy) and distributed exclusively in Switzerland by MILA Racing
  • Stock is dynamic; we reserve the right to limit quantities

4. Pricing

  • All prices in CHF, inclusive of Swiss VAT (8.1%) where applicable
  • For orders outside Switzerland, prices may be displayed in EUR at checkout
  • The price shown at checkout is binding
  • Shipping costs displayed separately — free over CHF 200 within Switzerland

5. Orders & contract formation

  • An order is your offer to purchase, subject to acceptance
  • The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to reject any order (fraud, stock, pricing errors)

6. Payment

  • Accepted: Twint, PostFinance, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Processed by DataTrans AG
  • We do not store full card details
  • Failed payments cancel the order

  • Switzerland via Swiss Post (1–3 business days)
  • International to DE/IT/FR/AT (3–7 business days)
  • Risk transfers on delivery
  • We are not liable for carrier delays

8. Withdrawal & returns

  • 30-day return window
  • Items unused, original packaging

9. Warranty

  • 2-year manufacturer warranty
  • Covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage

10. Limitations of liability

  • Maximum liability limited to the purchase price
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct

11. Intellectual property

  • All content owned by MILA Solutions or its licensors
  • Quasar® is a registered trademark of Ellea Ingegneria S.r.l.
  • No content may be reproduced without written permission

12. User conduct

  • No scraping, fraudulent orders, or misuse
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, war, pandemic, carrier disruption).

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • Swiss law applies, excluding the UN CISG
  • Place of jurisdiction: Lugano, Ticino
  • EU consumer protection law applies for EU consumers

The current version is always shown on this page. Material changes are notified by email to account holders.
