Part 1 — Shipping

2. Order processing
- Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days ship the same day
- Weekend orders ship the next business day
- Confirmation email with tracking number when order ships
3. Tracking
- Tracking link in your shipping confirmation
- Track in your My Account dashboard
- Swiss Post: post.ch/swisspost-tracking
4. Customs & duties
- Switzerland: no customs (domestic)
- EU customers: Quasar ships from Switzerland; you are responsible for applicable customs duties and VAT
- We are not responsible for customs delays
5. Failed delivery
- Swiss Post leaves a notice; pickup within 7 days
- After 7 days, packages return to us; you cover re-shipment
6. Lost or damaged shipments
- Report within 14 days of expected delivery
- We file the claim and arrange replacement or refund
- Photographic evidence required for damage

- 30-day return window from delivery
- Items unused, original packaging, all accessories
- We pay return shipping for Swiss customers
- Refund within 5 business days of receiving the return

9. What’s refundable
- Full purchase price + original shipping (if entire order returned)
- Refunds to the original payment method
- Timing: 1–3 business days (Twint) · 5–10 business days (credit cards)
10. What’s NOT refundable
- Personalized items (custom engraving)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items missing packaging or showing signs of use
- Sensor batteries that have been activated
11. Defective items / warranty returns
- Different process — separate from standard returns
- 2-year warranty on hardware defects
- Free return shipping for warranty cases
12. Exchanges
For a different colour or variant: place a new order and return the original. We do not operate a direct exchange system.
13. EU statutory right of withdrawal
- EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right (we give 30 days)
- Withdrawal form on request: info@milaracing.com
- Return shipping: covered by us for Swiss customers · EU customers handle their own unless defective
